    Grimmly, ha ha ha, I thought about posting it but was looking to a link to the newsletter, which is nowhere to be found unless I am looking in the wrong places, do not worry I am glad is out there already, it is such a great response…besides you KNOW there is no way you would know… great minds think alike says my ego!

    Jim Morris is an inspiration because well frankly a 20-30 year old can have a pretty good body with minimal amount of work (not to say they don't have to do anything and will be cut). Jim is 75 or something and he still looks great, I want to be that healthy when I am his age; and that's why I think he is an inspiration. He show's us what is possible at and age when others are in

    Hi Spitfire (spitfire?), yes he is a tremendous inspiration! and I did check his website after seeing the clip, and you are right he is not 75!<br /><br />During practice this morning I thought about him, about his slow breathing as he did the chest press exercises, how he included breath and how diet is so important for him… hmm.. maybe I should have not had eggs for breakfast, oh well, can
